使用规范与反垃圾邮件政策
Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

一、紫微星邮是什么

紫微星邮（Amail）是紫微星会会员社区的个人与企业邮箱服务：会员用自己的 B号@B31.Si 邮箱收发日常邮件，也可以把自己的 Gmail、QQ、163 等邮箱合并进来统一管理。我们只为一对一的个人往来邮件提供发信服务（回复收到的邮件、给自己的联系人写信），不提供群发、营销邮件或邮件列表服务。

二、严格禁止

• 发送垃圾邮件：任何未经收件人同意的批量邮件、广告、营销、推广邮件；
• 使用购买、租用、抓取或拼凑的邮件地址列表；
• 钓鱼、诈骗、冒充他人或机构、伪造发件人；
• 发送病毒、木马、恶意链接或任何恶意软件；
• 发送违法内容，或骚扰、威胁、侵犯他人隐私或知识产权的内容；
• 用技术手段绕过发信限额、收件人限制或我们的安全措施。

三、我们的技术限制

免费版	不能发往任何外部邮箱，只能会员之间站内互发（不经过外部发信服务）
VIP	每天最多 500 封，每封最多 50 个收件人
SVIP 企业版	每天最多 2,000 封，每封最多 50 个收件人
发件地址	只能使用投递到自己信箱的地址发信（服务器强制校验），不能冒用他人地址
付费方式	发信权限只能用真实充值的紫微星币开通，注册、签到等赠送的币不能开通
身份认证	所有发信都必须登录，或使用用户本人的 API 密钥；发出的信带 DKIM 签名，并配置 SPF 与 DMARC

四、退信与投诉处理

• 每一封外发邮件的退信、投诉、拒收都会实时通知到我们的运营邮箱，并进入监控与告警；
• 退信或被投诉的地址会自动加入抑制名单，不会再次发送；
• 对造成多次退信或投诉的账号，我们会立即停用其外部发信权限，情节严重的注销账号，已付费用不退。

五、举报滥用

如果你收到了来自紫微星邮地址的垃圾邮件或可疑邮件，请把原邮件（含信头）转发到 postmaster@b31.si，我们会在 24 小时内处理。

六、隐私

我们不会把你的邮件用于投放广告，也不会出售你的数据。外部邮箱授权码加密保存，只用于替你代收代发。详细条款见 隐私政策 与 服务条款。

1. About Amail

Amail is the personal and business mailbox service of the Zhenbai (紫微星会, B31.Si) membership community. Members get a personal mailbox at <member-id>@B31.Si and can bring their existing Gmail, QQ or 163 mailboxes into one inbox. We provide sending only for one-to-one, person-to-person email written by signed-in users — replies to messages they received and new messages to their own contacts. Amail is not a newsletter, marketing or bulk-mail service.

2. Prohibited use

• Spam: any unsolicited bulk email, advertising, marketing or promotional mail;
• Purchased, rented, scraped or harvested address lists;
• Phishing, fraud, impersonation of people or organisations, or forged senders;
• Viruses, malware or malicious links;
• Illegal content, harassment, threats, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual property;
• Any attempt to bypass sending limits, recipient limits or our security controls.

3. Technical limits enforced on our servers

Free accounts	Cannot send to external addresses at all; only internal member-to-member delivery (no external sending service involved)
VIP	Up to 500 messages per day, 50 recipients per message
SVIP (business)	Up to 2,000 messages per day, 50 recipients per message
Sender addresses	A user can only send from addresses that deliver into his or her own mailbox (verified server-side)
Payment	External sending can only be unlocked with credits from real payments; free promotional credits cannot unlock it
Authentication	Every send requires a signed-in session or the user's own API key; all mail is DKIM-signed with SPF and DMARC published

4. Bounce and complaint handling

• Bounces, complaints and rejections for every outgoing message are published to our operations mailbox in real time and monitored with alarms;
• Bounced and complaining addresses are added to a suppression list and never retried;
• Accounts that cause repeated bounces or complaints lose external sending immediately; serious abuse leads to account termination without refund.

5. Reporting abuse

If you received spam or a suspicious message from an Amail address, please forward it with full headers to postmaster@b31.si. We act on reports within 24 hours.

6. Privacy

We never use your mail for advertising and never sell your data. Credentials for connected external mailboxes are stored encrypted and used only to fetch and send on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
